From 00-37 it sounds as if there is a small, tired anti establishment resistance who has completely given up hope. The melancholy lifelessness indicates that no one is ready to face the music (so to speak).

then from 37-40 we hear a slight change in the ambiance. A man has decided to break through the tyranny and oppression that has held his people down and hack the mainframe.

at 49 we see that his hacking skills are working. He rewriting the codex of right and wrong, he IS NEO, (the one). Finally we see a light at the end of the tunnel. He has freed his people and to kick off the celebration NEO (the one) engages in the festive twerk dance that was first christened by none other than Teddy Riley.

The synthisizers....they are just not good.

and that breakdown and the end.........wasn't good enough to save the song.
